Property & Real Estate calculators

Borrowing power, completion cash and the monthly payment belong on one page before you make an offer. Figures use the inputs you enter; they are not a local-tax or lender quote.

Start here, then explore the groups below.

Work the property decision in cash order

Start with what you can borrow and the deposit band, then add tax and completion cash, then test the monthly payment. A quote that looks cheap on the rate still fails if stamp duty, legal fees or the cash-to-complete figure do not fit.

  1. Fix the purchase price, deposit and LTV before comparing lender rates.
  2. Add stamp duty (or the local transfer tax) and legal/survey costs to the cash you need on day one.
  3. Only then compare monthly repayments, overpayments and whether renting still wins on the same time horizon.

From offer to monthly payment

This hub brings together the property tools currently available for IE visitors. Start with the calculator closest to your question, enter figures that reflect your own situation, and compare more than one scenario when the decision is important.

The tools show the maths implied by the inputs. They do not replace provider quotes, professional advice, or country-specific rules that are not shown in the calculator. Review the assumptions beside each result before using it to make a decision.
