How to contact us
🛠 What to include
- Page URL or calculator name
- What looks wrong or unclear
- The figures you entered, if you are reporting a calculation issue
- Any source or rule you think the page should reference
💡 Suggestions
We are happy to hear about broken pages, unclear copy, new calculator ideas, and places where our methodology needs more explanation.
Common reasons people write to us
Calculator issue
If a result looks wrong, send the calculator URL, the figures you entered, and the output you expected.
Content or methodology feedback
If a page needs better explanation, clearer assumptions, or a stronger source trail, tell us which section needs work.
New calculator requests
We welcome suggestions for calculators that solve a real planning problem for UK, US, Canadian, Australian, or Irish users.
Best email to use
Email [email protected] for all general enquiries, corrections, and suggestions.
We do not provide personalised financial, tax, legal, or medical advice by email, but we do want to know when a page is unclear or needs fixing.
What happens after you write to us
We read every message and usually reply within 1-2 working days. Corrections are triaged first: if you report a figure that looks wrong, we re-check the calculator against the formula and the source cited on the page before changing anything. Pages that depend on published rates — for example UK tax, National Insurance or stamp duty — are prioritised when those rates change.
You can read how pages are built and reviewed on our methodology page and editorial standards page. If your message relates to either document, mention the section and we will look at it directly.
Partnerships and calculator requests
CalculatorZone is part of a small network of practical tool sites — see our network page for how the sites fit together. If you want to propose a partnership, suggest an embed, or request a calculator we do not yet offer, email us with the audience it would serve and the inputs and outputs you have in mind. Requests that solve a clear, recurring planning problem for UK, US, Canadian, Australian, New Zealand, Irish or South African users are the most likely to be built.
For privacy-specific requests — access, correction or deletion of personal data — write to [email protected] instead, as described in our privacy policy.
